The Ruihui feeder is an indispensable equipment for industrial machinery production. The feeders can be classified into four types: oscillating type, bucket type, belt type and buried squeegee.
The oscillating components include an exciter, an isolating tension spring, a feed slot, a guide bar, a feed unloading device, and a balance chassis. Its principle is to make a method to make the exciter oscillate through the trough in a specific skew direction to move the material from one point to another.
The bucket type components include a load bearing member, a traction member, a bottom wheel, a head wheel, a tensioning device, and the like. The working principle is that the traction member is wound around the bottom wheel and the head wheel, and then the tensioning device is tensioned. Each node has a equipment hopper, and the material enters the bottom from the feeding inlet of the machine base, and then the moving material head is upward. Raise, after the machine head, the material is removed from the hopper due to centrifugal force and gravity.
The belt-type components are supporting equipment, conveyor belt, roller, tensioning device, cleaning device, driving device, etc., and its working principle is to draw a conveyor belt wound on the front and rear rollers onto the bearing member. The conveyor belt is operated by the conflicting force of the driving rollers, so that the materials are also operated together. After such a method, the material is transported.
